Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) — $8.00, FREE on orders over $75
• We currently ship within the United States only

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays Velora Collective partners with third-party suppliers to fulfill orders. While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages Velora Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with them.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Velora Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
